Questions

Before you upload

Which banks work?
Any readable PDF statement can be attempted. Original PDFs from online banking work best, and layouts vary by country and account.
Does it work with scanned statements?
Scanned pages can be attempted when they are clear, upright and complete. Original bank PDFs usually give better results.
What counts as a page?
One statement page uses one credit. If we can't read a page, you're not charged for it.
Can I import the CSV into my bookkeeping software?
Yes. Accounter exports CSV, which opens in Excel and Google Sheets. Review the file before importing it into accounting software.
