CSV for Xero, and what about MYOB?
The CSV export lets you choose the columns and the date format, including a single signed amount column, so you can line the file up with Xero's bank statement CSV import. Check Xero's own import guide for the columns it expects.
MYOB imports bank files only as OFX, QFX or QIF, never CSV, so a CSV from Accounter will not import into MYOB directly.
